The opportunity The Learning Resource Vendor Coordinator plays a vital role in evaluating, integrating, and optimizing third-party and digital learning resources that support our academic programs. In collaboration with faculty, Learning Science and Assessment, Academic Programs, ITS, and external vendors, you will ensure resources are accessible, scalable, cost-effective, and aligned with curriculum needs. You will manage vendor relationships, support LMS integration, monitor adoption and usage trends, and contribute to process improvements that enhance course delivery and operational efficiency. We seek a candidate with fluency in education technology and the ability to collaborate with partners to elevate the student learning experience. As the primary liaison between our university and third-party academic vendors, you will build and maintain critical relationships that drive our success. What you'll do: Evaluate learning resources that guide the mastery of university program competencies. Collaborate with academic teams to research and recommend available and upcoming resources and products. Manage vendor relationships that foster an innovative student experience aligned with organizational goals. Ensure the accuracy and availability of learning resources, Global Campus Vendor Catalog, and Resource Support Documentation. Provide access to digital courseware and troubleshoot usage issues for staff, faculty, and students. Investigate and compile data related to learning resources to measure and identify trends. Communicate with internal and external partners, interfacing with academic leadership, programs, COLT, and Learning Science and Assessment for project improvements. Coordinate various learning resource projects, including planning, execution, tracking, and implementation. Keep partners informed of project progress and address any issues promptly. Maintain collaborative relationships with all relevant internal and external entities to promote a positive student experience. Assist in resolving issues related to student and staff access. Minimum Qualifications: 1+ years of professional experience in higher education, customer service, data entry, or a technology-related field. Proficient in digital navigation, data entry, and quality assurance. Equivalent experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree. Compensation The annual pay range for this position is $48,301.00 - $77,296.00, with the target hiring range being $53,373.00 - $72,210.00, depending on qualifications and experience.
