Secondary Responsibilities Effectively manage core bank and strategic returns to enhance operations. Work closely with Sales Account Management and leadership teams to address customer account needs. Essential Skills for Success as an Automotive Parts Specialist: Strong understanding of automotive systems and diagnostics, including ignition, internal engine, suspension, brakes, electronics, and exhaust. Proficient in spoken and written English; knowledge of Spanish is a plus. Excellent communication skills to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and management. Able to interpret documents such as P&L statements, safety regulations, operating instructions, parts catalogs, and procedures. Skilled in following instructions presented in various formats, including written, oral, or diagrams. Basic math proficiency, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
