Overview Scheduler/ Human Resource Coordinator is responsible for a variety of administrative functions to assist the Human Resource department to include bi-weekly processing of payroll and scheduling of nurse aides. All tasks require a high degree of confidentiality. Benefits for a Scheduler: Promotion opportunities Flexibility Education/Learning Competitive benefit package Responsibilities Ensure that aide staffing is adequate to meet State and Federal requirements Monitor nursing aide department hours daily Maintain attendance records for nursing aide department and initiate appropriate disciplinary process related to attendance issues Maintains records of nursing department in-servicing, including online training platform Plans in-service education as directed by DON and LNHA Enters schedules in timekeeping system that accurately reflects all department schedules Processes KTARs and bi-weekly payroll Monitors payroll incentives for accuracy per policy Assists Human Resource Director with filing and other administrative tasks Assigns user names and passwords to applicable software platforms Assists Human Resource Director with ATS and reference checks Requirements High School diploma required. Must be a Licenses Practical Nurse. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), Payroll software, (UKG preferred). #J-18808-Ljbffr
