Your efforts will focus on understanding the unique interests and needs of our residents, helping them achieve greater independence and actively participate in their daily lives. Your responsibilities will include providing exemplary care ranging from basic assistance with daily living tasks to engaging residents in recreational activities, all within a safe and nurturing environment. Schedule: Full-Time Available shifts: PM Shift 3 PM - 11 PM 4 days on, 2 days off rotating schedule Compensation: Competitive pay range of $21.00 - $27.00/hr for Skilled Nursing (note that pay varies for Assisted Living or Memory Care positions) Shift differential for PM, NOC, and all Weekend shifts Additional shift differential for extra shifts picked up Benefits: 20 days Paid Time Off (PTO) plus 7 company-paid holidays Consistent work schedules Tuition assistance programs Excellent patient-to-staff ratios Employee assistance program available Successful Candidates Will Have: Certified Nursing Assistant certification or be currently enrolled in a CNA program Prior experience as a CNA or in caregiving preferred (new graduates are welcome!)
