We are looking for a driven Technical Deployment Manager to spearhead the installation and deployment of advanced communication and warehouse technologies. In this hands-on role, you will lead teams in successfully executing project installations in various locations. You will be responsible for interpreting technical documentation, overseeing on-site execution, and ensuring that projects are delivered punctually and to specifications. This position involves significant travel and offers extensive benefits, along with opportunities for professional growth. Key Responsibilities: Skilled in interpreting technical service bulletins, mechanical drawings, and CAD models to understand construction and installation methodologies. Quickly grasp custom applications to comprehend functionality and usage. Familiar with FieldLogs or similar quality control (QC) installation checklist applications. Effectively translate technical installation instructions for field teams to implement. Collaborate closely with both technical and non-technical teams. Coordinate installations to meet strict go-live deadlines. Utilize hand and power tools to install mechanical systems and components. Lead small teams of 3-4 during on-site hardware and software installations. Travel extensively (up to two weeks at a time) to client warehouse/distribution sites. Required Qualifications: Associate degree or higher (mechanical, electrical, IT, or related field preferred). Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Self-starter with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Hands-on experience using measuring tools and hand tools. Ability to thrive in warehouse environments, lifting and carrying materials of up to 50 lbs. Valid driver's license. Proficient in booking travel using Concur and submitting expense reports promptly. Pass a background check without any felony convictions in the last 7 years. Preferred Qualifications: Experience reading mechanical or electrical drawings, blueprints, or CAD. Exposure to software/hardware deployment in industrial or warehouse settings. OSHA Certification. Previous experience in installing construction materials or technical equipment. This is a remote position.
