This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys taking initiative, solving problems and delivering on the Fastest Labs experience.This is a dynamic, multi-faceted position involving customer service, data entry, and clinical specimen collection, ensuring the clinic is always customer-ready, compliant, and operating efficiently. You will be trained to assist clients in person and over the phone, perform drug, alcohol and DNA testing, and help ensure the office runs smoothly. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.Schedule / Expected Work Hours:Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (No nights or weekends required, but opportunity for extra income if interested in onsite collections outside of business hours)What You’ll Do: Manage Operations & Compliance:Manage daily clinic operations in alignment with Fastest Labs standards, policies, and industry regulationsPerform test administration, manage customer flow and the administrative processesEnsure the clinic environment is clean, professional, and audit-ready at all timesMonitor compliance with all applicable laws, DOT requirements, and internal proceduresReview and improve workflows to increase efficiency and consistencyServe Customers:Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and client representativesManage customer agreements and ongoing service relationshipsTrack customer feedback and escalate issues as neededManage Reporting:Complete daily administrative tasks, including accurate data entry and recordkeepingPerform required QuickBooks data entry and support basic financial reportingPartner with management to support operational reporting and performance trackingWhat We’re Looking For:Strong verbal and written communication skillsExperience with QuickBooks or similar financial systems preferredExperience managing operations in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment is preferredBackground in customer service, problem solving and conflict resolutionProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email platforms is helpfulQualificationsStrong communication skills: able to speak and hear clearly on the phone, read and write in English effectively, and compile call results.Basic computer proficiency and comfort with office tasks.Comfort working with biological specimens and cleaning supplies.Why Join Fastest Labs?This role offers stability, growth potential, and a chance to make a difference in people’s lives.
