As a Workday Functional Lead, your primary responsibilities will include: Managing teams to identify business requirements, and perform functional and process design, including scenario mapping, prototyping, and testing. Formulating planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting strategies. Creating statements of work and client proposals. Managing vendor relationships. Leading workshops to educate clients. Overseeing resources and budget for client projects. Acting as the go-to for resolving critical functional issues. Providing subject matter expertise for informed decision-making. Leading, mentoring, and assessing project staff performance. Conducting working sessions with clients to gather and analyze their business requirements. Architecting Workday HCM solutions to ensure cohesive and cross-functional designs. Advising clients on industry standards and best practices. Applying Workday and Accenture methodologies effectively. Providing status updates to the Delivery Lead and keeping them informed on project progress. Managing client and stakeholder relations to meet project objectives. Ensuring clients utilize Workday best practices. Travel may be required for this role, ranging from 0 to 100% based on business and client needs. Here's What You Need: Workday Partner Certification. At least 3 years of consulting or client-side experience in a lead role. A minimum of 3 years of HCM functional experience. At least 3 years of Workday implementations. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (minimum of 12 years). For those with an Associate’s Degree, a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience is required. Bonus Points If You Have: 6 years of Workday implementation experience. Knowledge of HR functions and processes. Experience with Workday implementations in Education or Government sectors. Compensation Information: Compensation ranges vary depending on location, role, skills, and experience.
