Vice President - Asset Management (Multifamily) | San Francisco, CA A growing San Francisco-based real estate investment firm is seeking a Vice President of Asset Management to lead the performance and strategy of a multifamily-focused portfolio in supply-constrained Bay Area markets. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and wants to drive value creation across a diverse portfolio. Role Overview Oversee multifamily (and select retail) assets, ensuring top-tier operational and financial performance Lead property management teams, vendors, and capital improvement initiatives Develop and execute value-add strategies to enhance NOI and long-term asset value Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and performance reporting Partner with senior leadership and investors on portfolio updates and strategy Mentor junior team members and strengthen internal processes Qualifications 5-10+ years of real estate asset management experience (multifamily required) Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills Experience leading value-add business plans and capital projects Excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred Compensation Total Cash Comp $250-350k plus LTIP/Equity Full benefits package (health, vision, dental, 401k match, PTO)
