Your primary responsibility will be to address service requests directed by tenants. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Efficiently address residential service tickets and document all tasks with before and after photos. Prepare vacant properties for leasing by effectively managing turnover processes. Provide excellent customer service to tenants. Perform electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs, installations, and replacements professionally, adhering to industry standards. Show a general understanding of maintenance repair and service practices. Prior experience in apartment maintenance is a plus. HVAC Certification is an advantage. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and comfortably climb ladders. Communicate effectively in both writing and verbally. POSSIBLE SERVICE REQUESTS: Electrical circuits, receptacles, breakers, switches, and fuses. Light fixtures. Installation and minor repairs of appliances such as stoves, refrigerators, washers, and dryers. Toilets, sinks, vanities, and disposals. Caulking. Minor carpentry repairs. Window screens and blinds. Interior and exterior doors. Minor painting and drywall repair. Removing bulk trash (including appliances). Clearing drains and sewer lines up to 4'.
