To learn more, please visit bailiwick.com. Bailiwick is currently seeking a Configuration Support Associate to contribute to our ongoing success and growth. This position will be working full-time in Shakopee Integration Center. The Configuration Support Associate will be responsible for supporting the configuration department with multi-customer, multi-vendor configuration projects. This is an entry level associate role in a light industrial I.T. warehouse environment. This position will be involved in preparing devices for setup/configuration by the Configuration Lab Technicians and assisting those technicians with other tasks as needed. This position will also prepare completed devices for shipment, palletize, consolidate equipment, and may assist in other related activities as needed. This position will assist in the data entry for status and reporting information and this individual will work with the Project Management and Warehouse Teams to ensure projects goals are met. Your Impact Assist in the setup (unboxing) of a variety of equipment types for configuration and testing (including PCs, peripheral equipment, servers and network equipment, etc.) Label, prepare and box/package equipment for shipment after configuration Preparing the devices for the technicians to complete setup, testing and configuration Develop a thorough understanding of the customer's configuration process and requirements Assist in basic configuration tasks as needed Follow detailed specifications to assist in the setup and configuration of customer equipment Assist in the completion of customer configuration check-off lists to ensure 100% accuracy of configured devices and shipments Assist with data management involving configuration status, schedules and project deliverables Help with the daily maintenance, clean-up and organization of the Configuration Center Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Two-year technical degree or equivalent related experience preferred Minimum 1 year related experience Physically able to lift PCs, servers, peripherals and network equipment (up to 75 lbs.) Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite tools Ability to communicate effectively across multiple departments Ability to accurately track, troubleshoot and problem solve Enthusiastic with exceptional organizational skills Ability to manage one's time effectively Accuracy in regard to data entry and tracking of inventoried equipment Prior experience with or familiarity with ERP software applications preferred Exposure to technical (LAN/WAN) environments and understanding of basic terminology and functions a plus Configuration Lab experience a plus Previous experience with MS SharePoint a plus Any relevant certifications a plus Position Specifics The base salary range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $19.00 and $20.00 hourly; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including commissions and discretionary bonuses, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
