What You'll Be Doing Lead federal construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and risk analyses. Be the primary point of contact for owners, inspectors, design teams, and internal leadership. Mentor project engineers, Assistant Project Managers, and field teams. Ensure strict adherence to federal guidelines, safety regulations, and quality control standards. Collaborate with Superintendents to ensure schedules are met and site productivity is maintained. Drive successful project outcomes while fostering strong client relationships. What They're Looking For Demonstrated experience in Project Management for federal construction projects. Familiarity with agencies like USACE, NAVFAC, DOD, VA, GSA, or similar organizations. Solid understanding of EM 385-1-1, CQM, submittals, RFIs, and federal documentation requirements. Willingness to travel or relocate based on project demands. Strong leadership qualities with effective communication and decision-making skills. Experience with project management tools such as Procore, P6, or similar platforms.
