You will play a key role in transforming business visions into scalable technology solutions, ensuring seamless integration with systems such as EHRs, telephony, data platforms, and enterprise architecture. This position serves as a vital connector between business and technology, advocating for transformation and innovation while upholding operational integrity. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Vision & Transformation: Drive initiatives that align technology roadmaps with business objectives, improving clinical, operational, and customer experiences. Foster innovation and scalability to explore new markets, services, and growing populations. Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate robust partnerships with senior leaders, business executives, and technical teams. Act as a trusted advisor, translating complex technical ideas into actionable business insights. Facilitate alignment and consensus among diverse stakeholders, ensuring clarity and shared accountability for results. Cross-Platform Management: Oversee the delivery of critical business capabilities across telephony, EHR, and data platforms. Manage project dependencies, timelines, and team coordination to guarantee successful execution. Governance & Risk Insight: Assess and communicate the impact of architectural and integration decisions on the business. Ensure compliance and reliability while proactively managing operational risks and effectively resolving issues. Operational Supervision: Proactively manage the effects of system updates, outages, and improvements. Collaborate with IT and business teams to address challenges and escalate risks when necessary. Clear Reporting & Communication: Produce executive-level status reports and summaries. Simplify technical updates into clear business language to maintain leadership transparency. Mentorship & Development: Guide junior product managers and analysts in developing their technical skills and structured delivery practices. Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Product Management, Health Informatics, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. A minimum of seven years of experience in product management, enterprise systems, or healthcare technology strategy is essential. In-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture, data platforms, EHR systems, and telephony/contact center technologies is crucial. Proven success in leading cross-functional initiatives and effecting transformation in both technical and business realms. Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills at the executive level are mandatory. A track record of thriving in dynamic, growth-driven environments, balancing strategic vision with operational execution. Certification as a Product Manager (CPM), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), or a similar credential is required. Preferred Qualifications: A Master's degree in business administration, health informatics, public health, or a related field is preferred. Additional Information: This position is remote, with potential travel up to 25% annually for stakeholder engagement and product development activities. Remote Work Requirements: Employees must have personal internet services that meet a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps; wired cable or DSL is preferred. Satellite, cellular, and microwave connections may only be used with prior approval from leadership. Employees in California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will receive bi-weekly payments to support internet costs. Humana will provide necessary telephone equipment for remote employees. Work must be conducted in a dedicated, distraction-free space to ensure the protection of member PHI/HIPAA information. Compensation: The expected base salary for this role is between $150,000 - $206,300 annually, varying based on location and qualifications. This role also qualifies for a performance-based bonus incentive plan.
