KPMG is on the lookout for a talented Tax Manager or Senior Manager to bolster our Business Tax Services practice. Key Responsibilities: Deliver tax compliance and advisory services to pass-through entities and partnerships within our Asset Management client portfolio. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to share critical industry insights and expertise. Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, serving as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. Lead teams of tax professionals and support staff on client engagements. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality tax services and informed insights. Engage in market and business initiatives that drive growth beyond the firm. Additional Responsibilities for Senior Manager: Oversee risk management and the financial performance of engagements, including billing, collections, and project budgets. Collaborate with professionals across the firm to identify new business opportunities and expand KPMG's tax practice. Qualifications: A minimum of five years of recent experience in pass-through and partnership taxation within an accounting firm, corporation, or law firm. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; CPA, JD/LLM, EA, or other credentials recognized by KPMG are required; if not obtained at hiring, must secure an approved credential within one year of employment. Previous experience managing pass-through entities and partnerships. Experience supervising multiple client engagements and leading client service teams. Additional Qualifications for Senior Manager: A minimum of eight years of relevant experience in pass-through and partnership tax within an accounting firm, corporation, or law firm.
