Your Role We are in search of a transformative executive to redefine our finance and enterprise value functions by leveraging the power of Google Cloud's Data, AI, and automation technologies. Key Responsibilities Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy that utilizes Google Cloud capabilities to transform finance and accounting functions. Ensure alignment with company objectives while providing insights to the C-suite and Board of Directors. Data-Driven Finance & Analytics: Lead the creation of an advanced financial data ecosystem on Google Cloud for real-time reporting. Implement predictive analytics and machine learning for insightful financial forecasting and risk management. AI & Agentic Automation: Spearhead the implementation of AI-powered solutions to enhance financial processes and reporting. Change Management: Drive the transition to a data-driven, AI-integrated finance culture. Professional Development: Support the growth of financial professionals in adapting to modern technology roles. Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the liaison between finance and technology teams, ensuring effective collaboration and compliance. Travel Requirements: This role may involve travel varying from 0 to 100% depending on business and client needs. Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with at least 12 years of relevant experience (6 years if holding an Associate's Degree). 15+ years of experience in senior financial leadership roles (e.g., CFO), demonstrating large-scale transformation experience. 7+ years of understanding financial regulations and reporting standards. 7+ years working with cloud-based ERP and financial planning systems. Preferred Qualifications: MBA, CPA, or advanced financial certification. Experience with Google Cloud Platform and its associated services. Successfully deployed AI or automation solutions in a finance context for business impact. Ability to clearly communicate a technological vision to various stakeholders. Proven change leadership with strong project management capabilities.
