As a key member of our Business Intelligence & Analytics team, you will focus on enhancing our Corporate Cross-Functional Reporting capabilities. Your Responsibilities: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and customize analytical approaches that drive informed decision-making. Conduct in-depth analyses to generate actionable insights and recommendations. Design and develop business intelligence solutions, including insightful dashboards and reports that enhance operational visibility. Lead the creation and maintenance of reusable data models and visualizations to ensure accuracy and performance in reporting. Collaborate with data engineering and BI teams to uphold data quality and accessibility across the organization. Contribute to the automation of analytical workflows, streamlining reporting processes and reducing manual interventions. Support team growth through mentoring, documentation, and process improvements, while staying updated on industry best practices in BI and analytics. What You Bring: Proficiency in statistical analysis and programming languages such as SQL and Python for data manipulation and modeling. Expertise in creating visualizations that clearly communicate insights, using tools like Sigma, Power BI, or Tableau. Exceptional storytelling skills to translate data into narratives that drive strategy and impact decision-making. Excellent communication abilities to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines. A proactive approach to problem-solving and an ability to navigate ambiguity independently. At least 4 years of experience in data analytics or related fields. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or high-growth environments, particularly related to data privacy compliance. Familiarity with data privacy regulations, such as HIPAA. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and using tools like dbt for data model management. Exposure to machine learning techniques, including natural language processing and time series forecasting. The estimated total cash compensation for this role ranges from $104,000 to $125,000 USD.
