You will collaborate with patients/residents, their families, and an interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure effective planning and evaluation of care. The RN is responsible for: Providing care during all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Coordinating care and conducting assessments and education for patients/residents. May serve as charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel where appropriate. Ensuring safe and timely administration of patient care. As a provider of nursing care, you will operate within the standards established by the Nurse Practice Act and the American Nurses Association's Scope and Standards of Practice. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited nursing program is preferred; Bachelor’s Degree in nursing is a plus. At least one year of experience in long-term care, subacute care, or medical/surgical settings is preferred. Must hold a current, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice, with multistate licensure where applicable. Must maintain required certifications and continuing education credits.
