As a B2B Technical Support Analyst, you will directly engage with our external customers, assisting them in resolving technical issues, navigating onboarding processes, and effectively utilizing our applications and data products. Key Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support, specifically for B2B or external customers. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Intermediate knowledge of product capabilities, system interdependencies, and technical troubleshooting tools for handling mid-to-advanced customer inquiries. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with relational databases, SQL, Splunk (including searches, dashboards, and alerting), and advanced Excel skills (such as formulas and pivot tables). Experience in triaging connectivity issues and managing digital certificates. Ability to read and interpret credit data. Your Impact: Contribute to global technology projects that impact our customers. Provide support for a range of technical needs, starting with simpler issues like account management and gradually tackling more complex challenges such as application errors and data investigations. Acquire extensive knowledge of TransUnion's products and services, build strong relationships within sales and support teams, assist in training new staff, lead customer onboarding initiatives, and offer after-hours support for urgent matters. This role operates in a hybrid model, requiring in-office work at a designated TransUnion location for a minimum of two days each week. Compensation is determined based on various factors, including experience and job responsibilities. Full-time non-sales roles may also qualify for an annual bonus and other incentive plans.
