We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee major construction projects. This crucial position requires exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and the capacity to navigate various construction aspects while ensuring full compliance with project specifications and governmental regulations. Salary: $100k - $110k/year (actual range varies based on experience and qualifications). Key Responsibilities: Direct all construction requirements, conduct site surveys, and ensure adherence to plans and specifications. Create, update, and manage comprehensive construction schedules utilizing Microsoft Project. Oversee ongoing construction activities, promptly reporting issues and observations to contractor and government leadership. Apply technical judgment to resolve various construction-related challenges and propose effective solutions. Cooperate and monitor project tasks to guarantee timely and budget-compliant delivery. Establish and maintain robust relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and government representatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 7 years of technical experience in construction management for medium-to-large, complex projects valued over $50 million. Relevant certifications/licenses such as: Certified Construction Manager (CCM) Engineer-in-Training (E.I.T.) NICET Level III Professional Engineer (PE) NACE Level II Proven track record in scope definition, task development, cost analysis, and delivering projects on schedule and within budget. Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred experience in government contracting and compliance. Willingness to travel to any Port of Entry within the client's operational areas. Capacity to manage multiple projects in dynamic environments. Why Planate?
