You will provide immediate assistance through the ACBL Incident Response Line and support our incident commanders in case management. This dynamic role requires involvement in investigations, documentation of incident responses, and ensuring the follow-through of corrective and preventive actions. In this position, you will utilize our electronic systems to ensure thorough closure of tasks and actions stemming from incidents and inspections. Your Impact: Promptly answer and respond to emergency calls, coordinating communication with ACBL responders. Assist incident responders with case management including investigations and documentation. Prepare detailed investigation reports with findings, conclusions, and recommendations. Collaborate with operations and reliability teams on corrective and preventive actions from incidents. Train new team members on emergency hotline procedures and investigation processes. Generate reports on incident activities, outcomes, and corrective/preventive tasks. Perform all other duties as assigned. Even Better If You Have: A Bachelor's degree in communications, logistics, safety & health, or a related field is preferred. 5+ years of experience in safety, operations, logistics, emergency services, or related roles is preferred.
