What We Are Looking For 5+ years of commerical electrical estimating experience Ability to accurately estimate commercial electrical projects from $1M-10M in value Demonstrated leadership in growing and retaining a team of effective estimators Ability to effectively communicate with all parties of the construction team Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask and estimate multiple jobs at once Proficient with Bluebeam, Accubid, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.) Commercial electrical trade experience (preferred) What You Will Do Analyze electrical project plans and specifications to produce accurate and competitive cost estimates Collaborate with project managers and field leaders to develop project strategies Track market pricing trends for labor, materials, and equipment Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients Identify value engineering opportunities to enhance project profitability Manage multiple estimates under tight deadlines, because you thrive under pressure Develop, grow and manage a successful estimating team What We Offer Competitive total compensation package, including: - Medical, Dental, and Vision (employee & dependents) - PTO and paid holidays - 401(k) plan - Long-Term Disability and Life Insurance - Vehicle Allowance Work alongside a powerhouse team on high profile, exciting projects Ongoing development and training A company that values your brain and energy Compensation Compensation for this position ranges from $115,000 to $160,000 per year, based on experience.
