Primary Responsibilities: Supervises the daily operations and scheduling of a team of Transportation Coordinators. Hires, develops, and coaches direct reports in role and support their competency and capability development Maintains an inspired culture that is time based and centered on integrity and customer focus Receives and resolves complaints in a timely and courteous manner Conducts quality monitoring to ensure accuracy of information provided to Transportation Specialist Monitors individual performance through the review and analysis of operational reports Partners with Sr. Manager Dispatch Operations to evaluate metrics and adjust activities to meet or exceed performance expectations Exceptional cross-functional leadership; experienced partnering with other leaders to understand and address their needs Performs all other related duties as assigned
