The successful candidate will lead the development and management of a robust information security risk management program, ensuring the protection of the organization’s data and systems against evolving cybersecurity threats. Key responsibilities include: Overseeing daily security operations and strategic execution of security roadmaps. Collaborating with various teams to craft and implement incident response plans. Balancing risk management with business priorities while fostering a culture of security awareness. The ideal candidate will possess: A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. A CISSP certification. A minimum of 5 years leadership experience in information cybersecurity, preferably in the healthcare sector. Strong technical expertise in areas such as GRC, disaster recovery management, identity and access management, and cyber operations. An in-depth understanding of security technologies, cloud security, and best practices. Familiarity with relevant regulations, including HIPAA, NIST, and PCI. A proven track record of managing incident response efforts and third-party vendor security risks. This role requires a visionary leader capable of anticipating future challenges, mentoring a dynamic team, and effectively communicating security strategies across the organization.
