University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to provide personalized care and support to clients in Howell, MI. As a Home Health Aide, you will assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in their own homes.Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.Provide medication reminders and help with mobility and exercises as directed by healthcare professionals.Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate medical team.Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment.Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, promoting their independence and quality of life.Document care provided and communicate effectively with families and care team members. Requirements Must have a clear background check Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Reliable, compassionate, and trustworthy with a strong work ethic.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.
