The Nurse is responsible for supervising and responsibly directing the activities of various levels of assigned nursing personnel utilizing both professional and supervisory discretion and independent judgment. Uses the nursing skills of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in their patient care delivery. Primary function is the delivery of competent, compassionate, and cost-effective nursing care. The value you'll bring to the team: Greets patients and visitors, providing a welcoming and professional first impression. Manages patient check-ins, ensuring all necessary information and documentation are collected. Schedules and coordinates patient appointments, optimizing the use of available time slots. Answers multi-line telephones, addressing inquiries and directing calls appropriately. Maintains accurate patient records, updating information as needed in the database. Processes patient payments, including co-pays, deductibles, and other fees Coordinates with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient service delivery.
