Job Overview The Display Project Specialist role is a vital part of the Brand Experience Team, collaborating closely with various internal teams such as Channel, Go-to-Market, Product, and Sales, as well as our dealer partners. This position primarily focuses on enhancing the in-market product experience by overseeing the creation and management of displays. Responsibilities include building and maintaining displays, managing orders and inventory, and coordinating transportation and setup/teardown logistics. This role involves supporting a diverse range of product experience initiatives at events, trade shows, dealer showrooms, and both temporary and permanent installations, frequently under tight deadlines. To excel in this role, candidates should possess a broad skill set, including excellent technical skills, the ability to interpret plans, and strong organizational and communication abilities. This position is based in Warroad, MN. Relocation assistance is available through Marvin's various benefits to support your move. Key Responsibilities Safely operate equipment according to established procedures and handle all tools with care. Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, including manufacturing practices and documentation. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to complete multiple project work orders within each shift. Conduct quality inspections to ensure parts meet required specifications. Complete necessary ICIM transactions and participate in cycle counts and annual inventory reviews, offering recommendations for updates or maintenance. Prepare and repair display units for in-market activations. Install updated parts for traveling displays. Work independently as well as within the Build team and across departments to complete work orders. Maintain accurate records of material usage and labor hours for each project. Assist with transportation and logistical planning to ensure all displays are prepared for safe and timely arrival, coordinating with onsite vendors as needed. You are a good fit if you can: Proactively respond to changes in project priorities and requirements. Analyze and resolve complex situations effectively. Pay great attention to detail. Demonstrate a strong drive for results. Work collaboratively as part of a team. Exhibit technical proficiency, including product knowledge and carpentry skills, and the ability to read schematics. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods (up to 8 hours daily). Capability to walk long distances in an industrial setting. Ability to reach for items and bend for proper lifting technique. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Additional Qualifications: Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with internal and external partners. Possess or willingness to obtain a Hyster license (forklift operator). Willingness to travel for setup, teardown, and installation of market product experience activations. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Join us at Marvin!
