License Practical Nurse Night Shift 6pm-6am

Job Type Full-time Description As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Provide advice & support to the Resident and their families. Monitoring Resident and administering medications and treatment. Document Resident Care services by charting in resident & department records. Protect Resident & staff by adhering to infection control policies & protocols. Resolves Resident problems & needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies. Requirements Should work well in a team environment. Current License Practical Nurse (LPN) License in the State of Alabama. Long Term Care / Rehab experience preferred. Excellent communication skills.
