Join our expanding team as a Senior Design-Build Project Manager where you can leverage your experience in business development and client service. We specialize in delivering exceptional planning, consulting, design, and construction services across various sectors, including municipal, transit, aviation, healthcare, higher education, industrial, hi-tech, and corporate. In this pivotal role, you will: Drive the Cities & Places market growth strategy by engaging with industry and client organizations. Lead and build client service teams, providing innovative solutions for new and existing clients in higher education, industrial, hi-tech, and corporate sectors. Expand our market portfolio and support mature infrastructure markets, including Water, Transportation, Advanced Facilities, and Federal projects. Foster client relationships and prepare teams for planning, consulting, design, and alternative delivery work. Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their expectations are met throughout project execution. Utilize your technical skills to guide project documentation and collaboration with project stakeholders including construction partners and subconsultants. Oversee project management practices to reduce costs while ensuring timely delivery, within budget and scope. Manage proposals, resource plans, budgets, schedules, quality plans, and maintain health & safety standards throughout your projects. Deliver construction phase services, coordinating responses to RFIs and managing site visits. Ensure quality in project deliverables and mentor staff to enhance their professional development. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management. A minimum of 10 years of experience leading multi-discipline infrastructure teams in diverse delivery models. Strong knowledge of pre-design, construction, design management, and alternative delivery methods. Familiarity with BIM workflows and documentation, ideally with Revit. Professional Registered Architect (RA) or Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred. DBIA Certification and knowledge of sustainability practices and LEED guidelines are a plus. Experience in contracts negotiation related to Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) estimates is highly desired. Jacobs is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
