Job Description The Lead HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor, empowering business leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness and drive success through people. As a primary contact for complex human capital matters, the HRBP delivers impactful HR solutions aligned with the company’s objectives, culture, and strategic vision. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business leaders to define and implement talent strategies including workforce planning, job design, and organizational transformation. Act as a trusted advisor, guiding leaders through ambiguity and facilitating change. Build strong credibility and influence across teams without relying on formal authority. Utilize data and insights to inform strategic decisions and demonstrate HR’s impact. Work alongside Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to provide HR solutions that are aligned with business needs. Lead organizational design initiatives to enhance performance and support necessary transformations. Offer clarity, calmness, and actionable solutions for complex HR challenges. Employ advanced analytical and problem-solving techniques to tackle non-standard challenges effectively. Identify root issues and co-create solutions with CoEs and HR Operations. Act as a catalyst for change during transformation periods, helping leaders navigate shifts with confidence. Influence outcomes and shape direction across functional areas to drive adoption of new strategies. Advance leadership development and promote effective people leadership. Identify performance gaps and strengths within teams, acting as a talent scout. Enhance the employee experience to ensure it reflects company values and goals. Provide guidance on intricate employee relations matters, exercising sound judgment in consideration of business and legal risks. Mentor junior HR team members, offering coaching, thought leadership, and guidance on sensitive issues. Expertise Highly recognized HRBP with extensive knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and employment law, alongside a comprehensive understanding of related business functions. Acts as a trusted advisor to leadership, delivering strategic counsel on workforce planning, organizational design, and employee relations, using advanced analytical skills to facilitate process improvements and innovative HR solutions. Complexity Manages diverse and intricate challenges requiring strategic thinking and independent judgment. Develops solutions based on limited precedents and incomplete information, often addressing novel issues within the organization. Leads initiatives that involve multiple variables, necessitating collaboration across functions and influencing various stakeholders with differing priorities. Employs data-driven insights to build persuasive business cases and navigate resistance to change. Scope and Impact Operates with considerable influence across supported business areas, driving HR strategies that enhance organizational performance. Owns the development and execution of solutions, leading cross-functional initiatives and championing change management. Fosters strong relationships with senior leaders and external partners, mentors junior HR team members, and exemplifies accountability and inclusion. The impact is felt beyond immediate client groups to broader functional strategies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or related field (advanced degree preferred) or equivalent professional experience. 7 or more years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a business partnering capacity. Demonstrated experience in talent management, leadership development, and organizational design. Strong grasp of HR systems, analytical tools, and CoE frameworks. Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities. Proven ability to navigate complex challenges requiring strategic thinking and professional judgment. History of successfully influencing senior stakeholders, driving cross-functional initiatives, and implementing impactful solutions. Strong analytical capabilities to use data for diagnosing issues, guiding decisions, and persuading stakeholders. Compensation: The compensation information provided is a good faith estimate only. It reflects what a successful applicant might earn in accordance with applicable state laws. The salary range for this role is $91,100 - $160,400. The actual base salary offered will vary based on relevant factors. Bonus Potential: An incentive pay program that offers payouts based on company, job level, and individual performance.
