As a Senior Associate, you will work collaboratively in solving business challenges, spanning from strategy formulation to execution. Responsibilities: Utilize Dynamics 365 Applications to design effective, tailored solutions. Interpret client needs and provide strategic guidance on D365 business applications. Manage project tasks to ensure completion within budget and on schedule. Foster strong client relationships through proactive engagement and support. Mentor team members to maintain high professional standards and facilitate their development. Analyze complex problems and curate innovative solutions. Maintain a deep understanding of client requirements to deliver quality results. What You Must Have: Bachelor's Degree 4 to 7 years of relevant experience Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Applications, especially F&O, CE, Project Operations, or similar Microsoft solutions Experience in configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 products What Sets You Apart: Possessing additional certifications within Dynamics 365 applications is preferred Leading understanding and implementation of D365 solutions Engaging with clients to clarify key requirements Providing counsel on complex D365 business scenarios Conducting business process analyses and developing process flows Creating project plans and managing timelines effectively Exhibiting expertise as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Utilizing project management skills to steer engagements Offering guidance to junior staff The salary range for this position is $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation will be dependent on individual skills, experience, qualifications, and location, in compliance with applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
