Qualifications: Current RN license in the state of Iowa Minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience (home health or public health preferred) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation BLS certification (American Heart Association) Bachelor's degree preferred, or two years of related work experience Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Excellent assessment, communication, and documentation skills Must have access to a personal cell phone and be comfortable using EMRs What You Will Do: Conduct in-home nursing assessments and provide direct patient care Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans Administer medications, manage treatments, and provide health education Supervise Home Health Aides in the home environment Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate services Provide community health education and public health outreach as needed Participate in on-call rotation (typically 1-2 weekends per month) Accurately document all care using electronic medical records Additional Benefits: Hourly pay range: $29.70 - $41.85, based on experience PTO (Paid Time Off) and Sick Pay 401(k) retirement plan with employer match (IPERS) Medical, dental, and vision insurance Tuition reimbursement and continuing education Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options Disability and life insurance coverage Wellness program and fitness center access Employee Assistance Program (EAP) And more...
