The role is based in the Agua DulceRaymondville, TX area or within a 75-mile radius, reporting to the Alice, TX office./ppstrongJob Responsibilities:/strong/polliPerform routine evaluations of gas turbine engines and hardware for maintenance needs in accordance with technical specifications, routers, manuals or other quality verification criteria using precision measuring equipment such as micrometers, rulers, calipers, protractors, and torque wrenches/liliAudit integrity of systems, perform testing and troubleshoot component failures and malfunctions as well as recommend corrective procedures and conduct maintenance as needed including repairs and installations/liliManage procurement process of inventory with vendors/liliDocument and maintain all records of assembly, asset evaluations, disassembly of machinery, improvement recommendations and all work performed on machinery, components and/or hardware/liliOutline company standards, procedures and recordkeeping forms related quality assurance of turbine engines/liliManage maintenance program to ensure that the Company remains in compliance with the Long-Term Service Agreement (LTSA)/liliComply with safety and environmental practices in accordance with regulatory and company requirements/liliAttend safety trainings, maintain required certifications to perform job duties, set example of high safety standards and assist in regulatory inspections/liliOccasional travel, including overnight visits, to other compressor locations will be required/li/olpstrongRequirements Qualifications:/strong/pulliHigh School Diploma, or equivalent/liliAt least 5 years of related experience maintaining machinery, and industrial service equipment including turbines, fans, motors, generators, and pumps. Experience maintaining CAT 3500 series, preferred/liliMust possess valid drivers license and meet company insurability requirements/liliMaintain compliance with WWMs drug and alcohol program/liliProficient in Microsoft Office, various operating systems and perform basic math skills/liliAbility to work overtime, weekends, holidays and respond to call outs and emergencies/liliKnowledge of reading and interpreting charts, assembly and instruction manuals/liliKnowledge and experience using measurement tools as well as complex equipment including Bolting, Hydraulic Bolting, Flange Management, Small Bore Piping, Basic Rigging/Lifting, and follow Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) guidelines/liliAbility to work in changing climate conditions/liliAbility to work with a team, take direction from supervisors, keep required work schedules, focus attention on details, and follow work rules/liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills and fluency in English is required/liliMust be able to lift, push and pull a minimum of 75 lbs. and be able to work in tight spaces, climb to and work from elevated platforms, ladders, walkways, etc./li/ulpstrongBenefits:/strong Selected candidate is eligible for employer matched 401(k), medical, dental, vision, basic life and ADD insurances and other benefit offerings./p/div
