Registered Nurse (RN) | Progressive Care Unit Location: Lagrange, GA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,822 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified PCU RN in Lagrange, Georgia, 30240! Job Title: RN Clinical Nurse Critical Care Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Inpatient Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Various Hours per Shift: 12 (2PM-2AM or 1AM-1PM) Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in direct patient care, including IMCU patients License: RN (Single State or Multi-state Compact) Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Ability to work weekends (every third weekend) and holidays (minimum of 2 major, 2 minor) Description: The RN Clinical Nurse Critical Care is a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team of licensed and unlicensed caregivers. They ensure that patients, families, and significant others receive individualized high-quality, safe patient care. This role practices in a clinical environment supported by Nurse Managers and other leaders. Evidence-based practice and research guide the framework for care delivery. RN competencies are aligned with professional practice models and supported by organizational values. The individual must uphold the practice of nursing in accordance with the relevant professional regulations. As part of the patient services team, the RN Clinical Nurse is expected to advocate for patients while adhering to policies and procedures.
