We are AS9100D.QualificationsMinimum 2-5 year’s experience in manufacturing / job-shop environmentSolid working knowledge with: blue print reading, inspection instruments, tolerancing, GD&T, etcKnowledge of Mitutoyu MiStar 555 desired.The ability to multi-task while accurately performing in-process and final inspections on CNC manufactured parts is a mustExperience inspecting close tolerance parts (±.001 to ±.0005) using inspections tools such as micrometers, linear height gage, CMM, depth mics, etcPerform job responsibilities according to internal process specifications and third-party requirementsUtilize proper PPE, safety equipment, and follow safety proceduresAssist support functions in root cause analysisMust be able to multi-task and work within deadlinesProactively work to improve efficiency and quality of productsUse manual and automated measuring / testing equipment to assure product qualityCross-train with employees as needed based upon knowledge and experienceCompliantly complete all written and/or electronic labor tracking documentationReport problems to appropriate resource and/or CoachKeep all shift operators informed on special problems involving operation or set upCommunicate with team to ensure all team members are aware of product deficiencies, new processes, or issuesProvide feedback to appropriate support functionsAssist leading and support team initiativesWe are constantly growing and always on the look-out for both experienced candidates and those looking to learn the trade.
