The Premier Account Support Specialist plays a vital role in delivering exceptional billing support to our key accounts. This involves ensuring accurate invoicing, resolving discrepancies promptly, and providing a fantastic customer experience. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to handle complex billing tasks while nurturing strong relationships with Strategic Account Managers and clients. Your Contributions Will Include: Billing & Invoicing: Manage billing processes for premier accounts, ensuring invoices are accurate, complete, and conform to contract terms. Review and validate billing data, including contract pricing and necessary adjustments. Ensure timely generation of invoices without errors. Revenue Share & Reimbursements: Oversee revenue share reimbursements to clients, ensuring precise calculations and prompt payments. Confirm that revenue share setups are in agreement with contractual arrangements. Account Management & Client Support: Act as the primary billing contact for premier accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving billing issues effectively. Collaborate closely with sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth billing operations and high client satisfaction. Proactively identify potential billing issues and suggest effective resolutions. Contract Governance & Compliance: Ensure that billing and revenue share practices follow contractual terms and company policies. Review and analyze contracts to confirm accurate pricing and billing approaches. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Accounts Payable to track payment statuses and resolve outstanding reimbursements. Engage with Sales, Strategic Account Managers, Legal, and Operations to correct client account discrepancies and verify aligned billing practices. Process Improvement & Reporting: Identify opportunities for enhancing billing efficiency and accuracy. Create and analyze billing reports to monitor trends, identify discrepancies, and assist in decision-making. Collaborate with IT teams to resolve system issues affecting billing data and workflow. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred. Experience: 5+ years of billing or finance experience, especially in managing complex or high-profile accounts. Skills: Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Experience with billing systems, ERP platforms (e.g., NetSuite), and Salesforce. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. Strong customer service orientation, with a knack for effectively managing high-priority accounts. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with key accounts in a corporate setting. Familiarity with healthcare billing, revenue share reimbursements, and contract pricing. Experience working collaboratively with AP, Finance, and IT teams. Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. This role is essential in ensuring top accounts receive exceptional billing support, managing revenue share reimbursements, maintaining compliance with contracts, and facilitating interdepartmental collaboration to swiftly resolve account-related issues. The estimated total cash compensation range for this role is: $68,000-$75,000 USD.
