We work closely with clients to analyze their needs, implement effective software solutions, and offer training and support for seamless integration, allowing clients to reach their strategic goals. As part of the Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) team at PwC, you will deliver bespoke consulting services utilizing Oracle technologies. Your role will involve collaborating with clients to assess their performance management requirements, designing and implementing Oracle-based budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting solutions. You will also provide essential training and support to facilitate seamless utilization of Oracle EPM tools, enhancing clients' financial planning and analysis processes, ultimately helping them achieve their performance targets. As a Director, you will set the strategic vision, inspire your team, and foster growth. Your role is pivotal in driving business development, managing client relationships, and nurturing future leaders. You will act as a steward of PwC's values, emphasizing quality, integrity, inclusion, and a commercial outlook to ensure our success. Your leadership will create a positive work environment while maximizing client satisfaction and cultivating talent across the PwC Network. Key Responsibilities: Define and communicate the strategic direction for performance management. Drive business development and cultivate strong client relationships. Oversee multiple projects ensuring successful client outcomes. Mentor and develop emerging leaders within the organization. Foster a culture of creativity and teamwork. Ensure top-quality service delivery consistently. Uphold and enforce the firm's ethical standards and guidelines. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree. 10 years of experience in client-facing Oracle Finance Consulting with a focus on Enterprise Performance Management (EPM). Preferred Skills: Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, or a related field. Expertise in strategic financial planning and performance management consulting. Experience leading significant financial system implementations. Proven ability to identify and address client needs effectively. Track record of developing and maintaining client relationships. Experience in leading teams to create a shared vision and direction. Ability to communicate value propositions and manage resources strategically. Proficiency in supervising teams to ensure a trust-based work atmosphere. The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation will depend on individual skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals will be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
