Your Responsibilities Create Customized Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs to develop tailored therapy strategies that promote functional independence. Assess Progress and Adapt Strategies: Monitor patient outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure continued advancement towards goals. Qualifications Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution. Commitment to lifelong learning and professional development encouraged and supported. Licenses and Certifications Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required. NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory.
