Qualifications Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution. Commitment to lifelong learning and professional development encouraged and supported. Licenses and Certifications Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required. NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory.
