Role Overview We seek experienced Lead Software Engineers who excel in the challenge of operating distributed systems at scale and applying cloud-native best practices. You will play a crucial role in transforming the healthcare industry and improving patient care. As a technical leader, you will design and implement scalable, distributed, and resilient software components and services that support our healthcare platform and applications. We encourage ownership and innovative thinking and expect you to mentor and empower fellow engineers. You will oversee the complete software development lifecycle, from architecture and development to testing, monitoring, and production deployment. Minimum Qualifications BS or MS degree in computer science, or equivalent experience 8-10 years of experience in developing and delivering enterprise distributed and/or cloud-native systems In-depth knowledge of system design principles and distributed systems architecture Proven proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or other object-oriented languages Experience in web application development with microservices frameworks (e.g., Helidon, Dropwizard, Spring) Familiarity with Public Cloud SaaS, PaaS Services, or related technology experience Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Kubernetes, Docker) A strong desire to make a significant impact and thrive in collaborative environments Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts Disclaimer Roles that involve direct interaction with US customers may require adherence to specific health and safety guidelines. Salary Range and Benefits The salary for this position ranges from $96,800 to $251,600 per year, influenced by various factors including experience and location. This role may also offer opportunities for bonuses, equity, and compensation deferrals.
