Position: Leader in Me Coach & Consultant Status: On-Call Daily Rate Reports to: Coaching Director Location: Hybrid - Greater Buffalo, Greater Rochester or Greater Syracuse, NY Compensation: Daily rate of $750. About the Role: As a Leader in Me (LIM) Coach and Consultant, your mission will be to collaborate with school stakeholders to drive meaningful results that align with the objectives of their district or school. You will be pivotal in ensuring the ongoing successful implementation of LIM and will build strong, supportive relationships with LIM schools through proactive communication and on-site coaching sessions. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with assigned LIM schools to facilitate high-quality, engaging LIM implementation that aligns with strategic improvement initiatives. Conduct virtual and on-site coaching sessions to assess school circumstances, identify focus areas, and provide actionable follow-ups through our Leader in Me Online collaboration space. Stay informed about educational trends and leverage technology to enhance support for schools. Engage with Principals and Lighthouse Coordinators during Community Learning Days to strengthen connections. Build relationships with school and district leaders to clarify the LIM process, support retention efforts, and expand understanding of LIM. Collaborate with a regional team to convey the value of the LIM process to prospective schools. Deliver energetic virtual and on-site workshops, primarily during summer months. Be prepared for independent travel (including overnight stays) up to 80% of the time based on business demand throughout the year. Basic Qualifications: 8+ years in K-12 education. Experience as a building principal and/or district-level administrator. Preferred Skills and Experience: Familiarity with LIM implementation. Exceptional coaching abilities. Adept at facilitating sessions using high engagement strategies. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Strong business acumen that drives company growth. Meticulous attention to detail, logistical planning, and calendar management. Proficient in technology and tools including Outlook, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and LIM Online. Possess high energy, patience, empathy, and personal maturity, characterized by strong integrity. Embody well-rounded achievement patterns that are crucial for success in this role.
