Product Operations Consultant

Your Role The Stellarus Product Management team defines technology products and brings them to market to help Stellarus's health plan customers improve cost, quality, experience and growth. Stellarus is a sister company to Blue Shield of CA, serving Blue Shield of CA and other mission-aligned health plans across the country. The Product Operations Consultant will report to the Product Operations Director, Chief of Staff to Vice President of Product Management. In this role you will help drive governance, operational excellence and cross-functional alignment across the product and technology teams. It ensures seamless execution of strategic initiatives by coordinating with product teams to uphold delivery standards and optimize performance. Your Knowledge and Experience Requires a minimum 6 years of experience in Product Management, Management Consulting, or Entrepreneurship Requires a BA/BS in Business, Finance, Economics, Public Health, or Information Technology. Graduate degree (e.g. MBA) is highly desirable. Requires experience in implementing governance frameworks and operational processes that improve efficiency and compliance. Requires experience coordinating stakeholders in cross-functional and matrixed teams; proficiency in project management tools and processes (i.e., project management tools, dashboards for leadership, managing and mitigating risks and issues). Requires being comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in fast-paced environments Requires experience creating presentation and communications for leadership. Demonstrated ability to analyze operational metrics and translate insights into actionable. improvements for product delivery preferred. Experience with a big 4 consulting firm with a focus on healthcare technology or services preferred.
