Job Description Prepare detailed electrical estimates for commercial construction projects Perform quantity takeoffs from drawings, blueprints, and specifications Analyze project requirements to develop accurate labor, material, and equipment costs Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing Develop proposal documents, bid packages, and scope clarifications Collaborate with project managers and field supervisors to align pricing with constructability Review potential project risks, valueengineering opportunities, and costsaving alternatives Maintain current knowledge of market pricing, industry trends, and code requirements Support estimating department process improvement and standardization initiatives MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
