Description & Requirements Maximus is actively seeking skilled Trainers to enhance our contact center environments. If you have a strong background in conducting engaging virtual training sessions through Microsoft Teams and thrive in adapting to various operational needs, we want to connect with you! In this pivotal role, you will contribute significantly to preparing agents for delivering exceptional customer support. Note: This position is dependent on contract award. Temporary Role: This position is limited service and only available for remote work. Equipment will be provided, but adherence to specified requirements is necessary. Remote Position Requirements: Hardwired internet (ethernet) connection required Internet download speed of at least 25mbps and 5mbps (10mbps preferred) upload for optimal performance A private work area with a reliable power source Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide input on the design, development, and distribution of engaging training programs and materials. Plan, coordinate, and conduct training sessions for diverse audiences, ensuring participant engagement and effectiveness. Manage logistics for training events, including scheduling, reserving virtual meeting rooms, and preparing necessary materials. Assess readiness of training resources such as materials, technology, and data collection for training statistics. Track training activities, monitor participant progress, and evaluate program effectiveness. Provide support on the production floor and address any questions that arise. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accurate training content aligns with operational goals. Adapt training delivery for diverse learners, including those who are bilingual. Monitor learner performance and provide constructive feedback to the Training Supervisor. Act as a subject matter expert for specific customer agencies. Minimum Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years in leadership and/or training experience. Additional specialized training or education may be beneficial. Experience using Microsoft Teams for virtual training is preferred. Strong communication and facilitation skills necessary to effectively engage remote learners. Background in contact center training, including customer service or technical support roles.
