FMM is a maintenance and construction company servicing both residential and commercial clients nationwide.Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing, HVAC systems for commercial and residential properties. Technicians will be assigned to multiple locations throughout the Greater Baton Rouge Area and must be available for after-hour emergency calls.Essential Job Duties:Responsible for all preventive maintenance, necessary maintenance, and minor repairs to the HVAC systems on commercial and residential properties. Must have working knowledge of building mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems to ensure proper operations.Conduct periodic general preventative maintenance on HVAC systems. This includes normal lubrication, adjustment, cleaning, replacement of consumable parts (filters, indicator lights, etc.) and periodic testing of equipment.Prepare and maintain maintenance logs and records. Familiarity with preventative maintenance and work order software systems.Perform all assigned work to ensure the safety of the building occupants and ensure continuous operation.Install new HVAC systems in both residential and commercial properties, ensure proper operation and function.Able to install and perform preventative and repair maintenance on generators.This job description is a summary of the primary duties and responsibilities of this position.
