About The Role As a Senior Product Manager at Headway, you will play a crucial role in developing products that cater to both patients seeking care and the providers delivering it. With nearly 1 million monthly referrals from physicians for mental health providers, many patients currently lack proper care due to insufficient options within health systems. We are looking for a talented individual to lead our health system product strategy, enhancing engagement and retention among our health system partners and ensuring seamless connections for patients. Your Responsibilities: Create innovative products that position Headway as the preferred referral partner for physicians and health systems, thus increasing patient access to care and fostering appointment growth. Collaborate closely with our Go-to-Market team to effectively onboard and support new health system partners. Design tools and experiences that activate new health systems, stimulate referring physician engagement, and bolster retention strategies. Work alongside other Product Managers in our Patient vertical to ensure a cohesive experience from referral intake through to patient care, aligning health system needs with positive patient outcomes. Qualifications: A proven track record of developing products from inception to scale, achieving adoption and delivering tangible results. Experience in creating partnership-driven products within consumer marketplaces that generate growth and value across all stakeholders. Ability to operate at various levels, facilitating strategic discussions while also being hands-on with product execution. Proficiency in navigating complex, ambiguous environments to identify challenges and formulate effective solutions. Compensation and Benefits: The anticipated base salary for this role ranges from $212,000 to $265,000, depending on qualifications, experience, and geographic location. This role may also offer equity grants alongside the base salary.
