Key Responsibilities: Enhancing Patient Experience: Engage with patients by greeting and assisting them with their needs. Resolve concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and a positive experience. Operational Excellence: Counsel patients regarding medications and provide necessary information about side effects and interactions. Perform pharmacist tasks, ensuring medications are dispensed accurately and in compliance with legal standards. Team Management: Collaborate with the Store Manager to hire, train, and develop pharmacy staff, fostering a strong team environment. Monitor performance and provide constructive feedback. Continuous Learning: Maintain necessary licenses and certifications, and seek opportunities for professional development by staying up-to-date with the latest pharmacy practices and regulations. Business Strategy: Develop relationships within the local healthcare community to promote the pharmacy’s services and drive growth. Qualifications: BS in Pharmacy or Pharm D Degree from an accredited institution. Current pharmacist license in relevant states. Experience in pharmacy operations with a focus on compliance and patient-centered care. Strong leadership skills and a commitment to staff development.
