Key Responsibilities:- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing. - Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards. - Protect equipment and report any maintenance needs. - Maintain the cleanliness and organization of storage rooms and supplies. - Respond to guest and resident queries and requests promptly and professionally. - Collaborate with other staff members to ensure excellent service is provided. - Manage time effectively to complete all tasks during a shift. - Follow all health and safety regulations and use suitable protective gear. - Handle reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience. Qualifications:- Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Capability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance. - Customer-oriented and friendly disposition. - Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy items for extended periods. - Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends, if necessary.
