Opportunity Information Sansum Clinic is seeking a passionate and collaborative Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Endocrinology team at our. This is a full?time opportunity supporting an established, well?respected practice with a strong patient base. Key Responsibilities Provide outpatient endocrine care, including chronic disease management Manage Type I & Type II diabetes and other endocrine-related conditions Deliver follow-up visits, urgent add?on visits, and work within a care?team pod model Collaborate closely with physicians, RNs, diabetes educators, and clinical support staff Provide patient education on diet, exercise, medications, and long?term disease management Participate in administrative duties (approximately 10% of workload) Position Details Full-time position (36 patient?care hours per week) Monday-Friday , daytime schedule Outpatient only (no hospital responsibilities) No call requirement Patient volume: 12-16 patients per day Join a collaborative, multidisciplinary care team Salary 2 Year Guarantee $130,000 - 180,000 Annually Requirements NP/PA with Directly Related Experience in Endocrinology Excellent skill set in Endocrinology Interested in following chronic conditions over time NP/PA Certified DEA Certificate and/or California Furnishing License Eligible to Work in the United States CA Licensure or the Ability to Obtain CA Licensure Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills We Offer / Join Us and Enjoy Free Medical/Dental/Vision CME Stipend 1 MA Per Provider Malpractice Insurance Disability Retirement: 401K & Profit Sharing Annual Leave Licensure/DEA/Board Exam Fees PSLF Eligible Medical Group Details We believe that Sansum Clinic is not just a workplace; it's a community where talented medical professionals come together to make a difference in the lives of those we serve.
