If you possess a strong technical foundation and a comprehensive understanding of data center infrastructure, we want to hear from you! This role will involve conducting technical and financial evaluations, such as Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis and End of Life (EOL) assessments, while driving industry-leading Service Level Agreements (SLAs) into purchase agreements. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting both short-term and long-term solutions that leverage the latest advancements in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) technology, as well as exploring innovative power delivery options. You should have at least 7 to 10 years of experience in colocation data center engineering and a degree in electro-mechanical, electrical, or mechanical engineering. Your ability to self-manage, interact effectively with executive leadership, and embrace a collaborative, team-oriented mindset will be crucial. A passion for continuous improvement, project management skills, and proficiency in MEP and building design software are key attributes we are looking for. This role also requires serving as a liaison between construction, operations, and customer-facing teams, ensuring that all services meet or exceed our stringent quality standards. You should be adept at balancing technical and commercial considerations, all while being committed to the company's core values, including a strong focus on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives.
