Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Kearney, NE Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,326 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Kearney, Nebraska, 68845! Shift Type: Nights Shift Length: 12 hours Shift Time: 18:00 - 06:30 Primary Responsibilities Deliver high quality medical-surgical nursing care to patients with varied diagnoses. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to hospital and nursing standards. Utilize EPIC for accurate charting and documentation. Administer medications, perform wound care, and conduct patient assessments. Collaborate with physicians, PCU, and support staff to ensure continuity of care. Float first to PCU (for MS assignment); telemetry training preferred but not required. Perform charge responsibilities if qualified (charge experience highly preferred). Move efficiently in a fast paced environment while maintaining a maximum patient ratio of 1:6.
