Job Description Mission Join us as a dedicated and innovative Lead Service Solution Architect to spearhead service innovation and refine processes in our dynamic organization. In this pivotal role, you'll drive insightful, data-driven decisions, leveraging advanced cloud enterprise architecture technologies. You will play an essential part in overseeing our Oracle Customer Success Services offerings, ensuring compliance with security protocols, cost optimization, and best practices across all hyperscaler deployments. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field; a Ph.D. is a plus. Certifications in cloud technologies across multiple platforms such as Oracle, AWS, Microsoft, and Google. Preferred TOGAF and/or Zachman Enterprise Architect certification. Experience More than 15 years in IT services with a focus on customer-facing roles and service management. Extensive expertise with leading cloud platforms and on-premise enterprise environments. Practical experience in architecting enterprise workloads and data migrations on major cloud platforms. Familiarity with advanced technologies such as NLP, computer vision, and deep learning. Experience deploying and maintaining AI models in production. Strong skills in commercial constructs, contract management, and pricing strategies. Project management experience in large IT transformations and migration processes. Exceptional analytical and communication skills for conveying complex ideas to diverse audiences. Skills Automation Tools: Expertise in infrastructure-as-code and automation tools for cloud computing. Monitoring: Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools for major cloud platforms. Networking Elements: Understanding of fundamental networking components and strategies. Hybrid Security: Familiarity with key security management across multiple cloud platforms. Resilience: Ability to optimize resource allocation and performance in cloud settings. Data Processing: Proficiency in frameworks like Spark, Kafka, and Hadoop. Analytics: Knowledge of various analytical techniques including predictive and prescriptive analytics. Development Tools: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and Java. AI/ML Frameworks: Experience with AI frameworks and responsible AI governance. Responsibilities Solution Development: Design and implement scalable architectures that address business challenges across multicloud environments. Service Design: Create and deliver repeatable service offerings for global clients in complex environments. Deployment and Automation: Oversee the deployment of applications using CI/CD and DevOps practices. Cloud Governance & Security: Establish strong security protocols to ensure compliance with regulations. Cost Management and Optimization: Develop cost-efficient architectures and monitor cloud expenditures. Data Processing: Manage large datasets to support data pipelines and ensure availability. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to provide AI solutions aligned with business goals. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain documentation of methodologies and present findings effectively to stakeholders. Deployment and Maintenance: Implement services across various environments while ensuring they are continuously monitored.
