Responsibilities: As a Resident Care Team Leader, you will play a critical role in ensuring our residents receive the highest level of care. Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing caregiving staff, evaluating performance, and providing coaching and support Facilitating ongoing training for the resident care team Verifying staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage for residents Monitoring residents' health status and reporting significant changes Assisting in medication management and ensuring compliance with safety standards Communicating important information to residents' families and scheduling necessary appointments Assisting in resident assessments and updates on care plans Participating in departmental quality improvement initiatives Conducting safety checks and compliance audits Engaging with the community through events and activities Sharing on-call duties as required At Brookdale, we offer a warm and welcoming environment, providing gracious hospitality and a sense of community for our residents and their families.
